| 26 Aug 2026 | Aurukun | sign in - JSA and prestart - completed works, labelled and test and commissioed consult room 4 - completed works in consult 3, labelled, tear and commissioned - walked through site with Kris and the others - they requested to view the following: cable tray in a few locations, MDB-1, DB-A&B, several rooms new LPDs and GPOs, generator shed/area, several of the houses and their switchboards and generator pads, the BMS board in the hospital and out at the house generators, as well as the nurses quarters and DSB2&3 area. - began work on cleaners circuit. Identified current first point in circuit to changeover to new circuit and LPD for easier work next attendance - prepped maternity room for next visit - re mounted bat section above MSB - completely packed away trailer and materials for onsite - tidied SWB room and walked through entire hospital to ensure everything was clean, ceiling tiles were all close and all circuits were energised - signed out and completed notes Materials: - 1x LPD - 5x medilec GPO - 1x mounting block - 1/2 length of 20x10 duct - fixings - 1x blank plates - 9x bps - 2x jbox | Published |
